Once again…it’s 4:38 p.m. on a Tuesday. It’s time for the dinner prep rush.
On an off day, panic mode sets in right about now.
A million questions start racing through my mind. “How fast can I defrost a pound of ground beef?” and “What are my plans after that?!”
